Subscription Billing

Use Subscription Billing under Settings to configure default subscription billing details. You can add, delete, and edit the different details, dimensions, attributes, invoice elements, item groups, delivery methods, and sequences of a subscription billing.

To use the Subscription Billing submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

If you want to create and manage subscription items, you can do so in Settings > Subscription > Subscription Items. You can create subscription billing invoices in Finance & Administration > Debtors > Subscriptions.

The submodule consists of the following tabs:

• Billing Setup: On this tab, you can add, delete, and edit the different details of the selected default subscription billing.
• Dimensions: On this tab, you can add, remove, and edit dimensions of the selected default subscription billing.
• Attributes: On this tab, you can create, delete, and edit attributes of the selected default subscription billing.
• Invoice Settings: On this tab, you can edit the different invoice elements of the selected default subscription billing.
• Miscellaneous Setup: On this tab, you can add, delete, and edit item groups, delivery methods, and sequences of the selected default subscription billing.
