Create Jobs

Use the Jobs List submodule to create jobs.

To use the Jobs List submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To create a job:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List.
  3. Click Further options and select Create job.
    Alternatively, on the grid toolbar, click Create new job .
  4. In the Create New Job dialog box, enter or use the drop-down lists to select the applicable options and click OK.
    Note: Inactive Departments are not listed in the Department drop-down list.
