Delete Description Lines

Use the Description submodule to delete lines in descriptions of selected jobs.

To use the Description submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To delete a description line:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the description line that you want to delete.
3. On the side toolbar, click Description.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the description with the line that you want to delete.
5. Click the Description tab.
6. Highlight the line that you want to delete and click Delete selected row(s) .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the description line at once.
