Open Resource Cards of Resources under Preparation

Use the Resources under Preparation submodule to open the resource cards of resources under preparation.

To use the Resources under Preparation submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To open the resource card of a resource under preparation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Follow-up > Resources under Preparation.
3. On the grid toolbar, click 10 - Under preparation or 20 - Awaiting approval , as applicable.
4. Highlight the resource under preparation whose resource card you want to open.
5. Double-click on the corresponding Resource field.
   WorkBook opens the resource's resource card.
6. Click Close .
