Report Layouts and Watermarks

Use Report Layouts and Watermarks in the Folders, Reports, & Documents submodule in the Settings module to upload image files, such as your Company logo, which you can use as watermarks for reports in WorkBook.

Image Specifications

Note of the following image specifications:

• PNG file
• 300 dpi
• 2480 x 3508 pixels (A4)

  2550 x 3300 pixels (Letter)

Templates

You can use the following templates:

• A4 Template
• Letter Template

Note: You must replace the logo on the template with your own logo before uploading the image file to WorkBook.

You set up report layouts and watermarks in Settings > Folders, Reports, & Documents > Report Layouts and Watermarks.

To use Report Layouts and Watermarks, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
