Disable Resources

Use the Employee Settings submodule to disable selected resources.

To use the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To disable a resource:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the resource that you want to disable.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Employee Settings.
4. Highlight the resource that you want to disable and on the grid toolbar, click and select Enable / Disable selected resource.
5. In the Disable Employee dialog box, use the drop-down lists to select the active employee who will inherit all or certain types of data and the employee expiry date.
6. Click OK.
