Remove Standard Phase Texts

Use the Standard Phase Texts submodule to remove standard phase texts.

To use the Standard Phase Texts submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To remove a standard phase text:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to remove a standard phase text.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Standard Phase Texts.
4. Highlight the standard phase text that you want to remove and on the grid toolbar, click Remove selected phase text .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook removes the standard phase text at once.
