Browse for Files in a Storage Provider

Use the Storage and Folders submodule to browses for files within a storage provider.

To use the Storage and Folders submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To browse for files in a storage provider:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the storage provider whose files you want to browse.
3. In the left navigation pane of the Settings screen, click Folders, Reports & Documents > Storage and Folders.
4. Click the Storage provider tab.
5. On the grid toolbar, click Browse storage provider .
6. Use the toolbar of the Documents browser to perform actions on the documents.
