System Variable 681: Users Can Delete Their Own Absence Entries

Use this System Variable to specify if users can delete their own submitted absence entries.

You can select any of the following options for this setting:

• 1 - No, never. Deletion must be done by nearest manager: When this option is selected, users cannot delete their own absence entries and have to request for deletion from their manager.

• 2 - Yes, if the absence entry after today's date: When this option is selected, users can delete the absence entries that they submit after the present day.

• 3 - Yes, no restrictions: When this option is selected, users can delete their own past and future absence entries.

The default value for this System Variable is 2 - Yes, if the absence entry after today's date.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
