Export Gantt View into PDF

Use the Tasks submodule to export Gantt views into PDF files.

• To use Tasks, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

• Ensure that System Variable 1166 is enabled. For more information, see System Variable 1166: Enable Gantt Export to PDF.

To export the Gantt views into PDF:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Jobs List and highlight the job containing the task that you want to export.
3. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Tasks.
4. On the Tasks screen, click the Tasks tab (on the left), and then the Gantt tab (on the right).
5. In the grid, right-click the task that you want to export, and then select Export.
