Search for an Email Template

Use the Email Templates submodule to search for email templates.

To use the Email Templates submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for an email template:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the template that you want to find.
3. In the left navigation pane of the Settings screen, click Folders, Reports & Documents > Email Templates.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter text related to the template you are looking for.
   WorkBook displays the results in the grid.
