Duplicate Payment Lines in Price Quotes

Use the Price submodule to duplicate payment lines in price quotes of selected jobs.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To duplicate a payment line in a price quote:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote payment line that you want to duplicate.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote with the payment line that you want to duplicate.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote with the payment line that you want to duplicate.
   Note: You can only duplicate payment lines of a price quote that has not yet been approved or locked for changes.
5. Click the Billing Plan tab.
6. Highlight the payment line that you want to duplicate and click Duplicate the selected line .
7. You can edit the different fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
   Note: This is applicable for all the fields except the Company amount, Update date, and Update resource fields.
