Copy Job Descriptions to Purchase Orders

Use the Description submodule to copy job descriptions to purchase orders.

To use the Description submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To copy a job description to a purchase order:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the description that you want to copy to a purchase order.
3. On the side toolbar, click Description.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the description that you want to copy to a purchase order.
5. Click and select Copy to PO.
6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
