Add a Prospect

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can add prospects in CRM. Alternatively, you can add prospects and clients in Resources.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To add a new prospect:

  1. On the main toolbar, click CRM .
  2. In the left navigation pane, click Clients & Prospects List.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Add New Prospect .
  4. In the Add New Prospect dialog box, enter the prospect's name, address, contact information, business classification, and the employee responsible for the prospect.
    You can also choose to create a new pipeline and activity for the prospect at this stage.
  5. Click OK.
    If you chose to create a new pipeline and activity for the prospect in the previous step, WorkBook displays the Create a New Pipeline dialog box and the Add New Pipeline dialog box.
