Account Budget Tab

Use the Account Budget tab to make changes or additions to your budget by account. If you want to evenly distribute an annual budget amount across all months in the fiscal year, enter your annual amount in the Total column.

Note: If you entered a budget directly on the Account Budget tab using any account, and then you linked that account to a dimension on the Dimension Budget tab, transferring a budget from that account on the Dimension Budget tab overwrites the budget that you previously entered on the Account Budget tab.
Field Description
Account The name of the account.
Total The total financial budget amount calculated from the monthly budget.
Month Columns The financial budget for each month.
Responsible The employee who receives the notification, if you use the input workflow.
Approved By The employee who approved the financial budget.
Approved Date The date when the financial budget was approved.
Updated By The employee who last updated the financial budget, if updates were made.
Update Date The date when the financial budget was last updated, if updates were made.
