Search for Purchase Order Approval Task Details

Use the Purchase Order Approval submodule to search for details of purchase order approval tasks.

To use the Purchase Order Approval submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for a detail of a purchase order approval task:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Purchase Order Approval.
3. Highlight the purchase order approval task with the detail that you are looking for.
4. On the toolbar of the bottom grid, use the Search in grid field to enter a keyword associated with the detail.
