Delete Access Roles

Use User Access Rights in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to delete access roles.

To use User Access Rights in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete an access role:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to delete an access role.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > User Access Rights.
  4. Click the User Access Setup tab.
  5. Use the drop-down list to select the access role that you want to delete and click Delete Access Role .
  6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
