Search for Phases

Use the Tasks submodule to search for phases.

To use the Tasks submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for phases:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Jobs List and highlight the job containing the phases that you want to find.
3. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Tasks.
4. On the Tasks screen, click the Phases tab.
5. On the Phases tab toolbar, use the Search field to enter text related to the file that you want to find.
   Workbook displays the results in the grid.
