Delete Mileage Approver Roles

Use the Mileage Approval submodule to delete mileage approver roles.

To use the Mileage Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To delete a mileage approver role:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to delete a mileage approver role.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > Mileage Approval.
4. Highlight the mileage approver role that you want to delete and on the grid toolbar, click Delete Selected Item .
5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
