Use the Ticket Quick Create submodule to delete quick ticket templates.
To use the Ticket Quick Create submodule, you must have access to
Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To delete a quick ticket template:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.

If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to delete a quick ticket template.

In the left pane of the Settings screen, click
.

Highlight the quick ticket template that you want to delete and on the grid toolbar, click
Delete row
.
Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the ticket quick create template at once.
