Display System Variable Changelogs

Use the System Variables submodule to show system variable changelogs.

To use the System Variables submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To show a system variable changelog:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the system variable changelog that you want to display.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Global System Settings > System Variables.
4. In the middle pane, click on the category with the system variable changelog that you want to display.
5. In the right pane, highlight the system variable whose changelog you want to view and on the grid toolbar, click Show system variable changelog .
   WorkBook displays the system variable changelog at the bottom of the right pane.
