Update All Entries with Required Resource Field Approvers

Use the Required Resource Field Approval submodule to update all entries with required resource fields approvers.

To use the Required Resource Fields Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To update all entries with required resource fields approvers:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the entries that you want to update with required resource fields approvers.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > Required Resource Fields Approval.
4. Click the Roles tab and on the grid toolbar, click Update All Entries with Approvers .
5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
