Delete Items Connected to Subscriptions

Use the Subscription Billing submodule to delete items connected to subscriptions.

To use the Subscription Billing submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To delete an item connected to a subscription:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the subscription that you want to delete a connected item from.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Subscription > Subscription Billing.
4. Click the Billing Setup tab and highlight the subscription that you want to delete a connected item from.
5. In the bottom grid, click Delete Selected Item .
6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
