Use the Docs submodule to download files from document folders of selected jobs.
To use Docs, you must have access to
Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under
Settings.
To download a file from a job document folder:

On the main toolbar, click
Jobs
.

In the left pane, click
Jobs List and highlight the job with the document file that you want to download.

On the side toolbar, click
Docs.

In the left pane, highlight the folder with the document file that you want to download.

In the right pane, highlight or hover over the file that you want to download and click
.
Alternatively, right click on the file that you want to download and select
Download file.
WorkBook downloads the file to your computer.
