System Variable 1073: Set the Default Appointment Status

Use this System Variable to determine the default appointment status for external calendar items that are exported from WorkBook.

Select any of the following options:

• 0 - Free: This option sets appointments exported from WorkBook into the external calendar to Free.
• 2 - Busy: This option sets appointments exported from WorkBook into the external calendar to Busy.

The default value for this System Variable is 2 - Busy.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
