Depending on your role in Workook, you can view the conversations that employees are on in
Resources.
Note: You must have permission to add, delete, and modify resources to complete this task.
To view conversations that an employee is on:

On the main toolbar, click
Resources
.

On the right side of the grid toolbar, under the filter icon
, select
Resource Default Grid from the drop-down menu.

Select the employee whose conversations you want to view by completing any of the following actions:
- In the
Search in Grid field, enter the name of the employee, then select it from the grid.
- Click the
Filter field next to the
Search in Grid field, select
Employees as your filter, and select the employee from the grid.

On the grid toolbar, click
Resource Information
/ to display the employee card.

On the side toolbar of the employee card, click
Resource-related Items
.

On the top toolbar of the contact card, click the View Conversations This Resource is On tab.

To view conversations that you started where the selected contact is also a participant, select
User is Author.

Use the
Comment field to start or reply to a conversation.

Click
Publish or
Private.
- Public: the conversation is visible to all companies in WorkBook and their employees.
- Private: the conversation is visible only to the selected company and its employees.
You can manage conversation by clicking
Conversation Options
on the upper-right corner of the conversation pane. For more information about conversation options, see
