System Variable 1008: Restrict Full Job Access to Team Members Only

Use this System Variable to determine if full job access should be limited to team members only.

This System Variable is disabled by default. When it is enabled, only members of the team assigned to work on a job can see and access the job. Users who are not part of the job team will be prompted with the error message:

The job is unavailable or you do not have access to it.

Note: System Administrators are not affected by this setting. They will always have full job access.

You can set up job teams in Resource > Resource Information > Team Settings or Settings > Employee Settings > Teams. You can identify or change a job's assigned team in Jobs > Job Properties Sidebar > Job Team.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
