Company Access Tab
Use the Company Access tab in the Costing Codes submodule in the Settings module to enable or disable Companies' access to costing codes.
Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Code | Displays the costing code. |
| Description | Displays the costing code description, if provided. |
| Parent | Displays the level 1 costing code that is associated with a level 2 (child) costing code. The cell is blank for level 1 costing codes. |
| All | Indicates whether a specific costing code can be used for all of the Companies in your WorkBook system. |
| (Company Name) | Each column represents an operating Company in your WorkBook system and indicates whether a specific costing code can be used by that Company. |
