Edit Company Activity Settings of Global Activities

Use the Global Activity Settings tab under the Activities submodule to edit the company settings of selected global activities.

To use the Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To edit the company activity settings of a global activity:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the global activity that you want to edit the company activity settings of.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Activities.
4. Click the Global activity settings tab and highlight the global activity that you want to edit the company activity settings of.
5. In the bottom grid of the Global activity settings tab, highlight the company that you want to edit the activity settings of select or unselect the check box of any of the settings, as applicable.
