Search for Required Resource Fields Approver Roles

Use the Required Resource Fields Approval submodule to search for required resource fields approver roles.

To use the Required Resource Fields Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for a required resource fields approver role:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the required resource fields approver role that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > Required Resource Fields Approval.
4. Click the Roles tab and on the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the required resource fields approver role.
