System Variable 924: Conversation Unsubscribe Comment Settings, Add Comment

Use System Variable 924: Conversation Unsubscribe Comment Settings, Add Comment to notify conversation participants when a user has unsubscribed from the conversation.

Select any of the following options:
  • Always - WorkBook informs conversation participants each time a user unsubscribes from the conversation by posting a comment in the same conversation.
  • Never - WorkBook will not inform conversation participants when a user has unsubscribed from the conversation. \
  • Only If User Has Made a Comment or He Is Booked on the Task and is no Done - WorkBook informs conversation participants that a user has unsubscribed from the conversation only if the user has previously posted a comment in the same conversation, or if the user is booked on the task associated with the conversation and the task is not yet marked as done.
