Download Task Email Attachments as a ZIP File

Use the Task submodule to download task email attachments as a ZIP file.

To use Tasks, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To download task email attachments as a ZIP file:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Jobs List and highlight the job associated with the task email attachments that you want to download.
3. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Tasks.
4. On the Tasks page, click the Tasks tab.
5. In the grid, highlight the task associated with the email attachments that you want to download and click Task Settings on the tab toolbar.
6. On the Task card, click the Email side toolbar.
7. In the left pane, highlight the email whose files you want to download and click Download All Attachments as a ZIP File on the toolbar of the right pane.
   WorkBook saves the file on your computer.
