Edit Parameters of Notification Processes

Use Conversation & Notification Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to edit the parameters of selected notification processes.

To use Conversation & Notification Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To edit the parameters of a notification process:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the notification process parameters that you want to edit.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Conversation & Notification Setup.
4. Highlight the notification process for which you want to edit the parameters.
5. In the bottom grid, click the Parameter tab and make the changes to the parameters.
   Note: Not all notification processes have parameters.
