Conversation & Notification Setup

Use Conversation & Notification Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to configure notifications for conversations in WorkBook. You can run and edit the parameters of notification processes, remove warnings, and add, delete, and enable schedules of selected notification processes.

To use Conversation & Notification Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

Conversation & Notification Setup provides following tabs:

  • Scheduling: Enables you to add, edit, and delete schedules for the selected notification process.
  • Parameters: Enables you to set and edit the parameters of the selected notification process.
