Download Briefing Attachments as a ZIP

Use the Briefing submodule to download briefing attachments as a ZIP.

To use the Briefing, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To download a briefing attachment as a ZIP:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job from which you want to download a briefing attachment as a ZIP.
3. On the side toolbar, click Briefing.
4. Click the Briefing Attachments tab.
5. Highlight the attachment or attachments that you want to download as a ZIP and click Download as zip .
   WorkBook downloads the ZIP to your computer.
