Delete Unused Phases

Use the Tasks submodule to delete unused phases.

To use Tasks, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete unused phases:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Jobs List and highlight the job containing the unused phases that you want to delete.
3. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Tasks.
4. On the Tasks screen, click the Phases tab.
5. On the Phases tab toolbar, click Delete Unused Phases .
   WorkBook removes the unused phases from the list.
