Search for Quick Ticket Templates
Use the Ticket Quick Create submodule to search for quick ticket templates.
To use the Ticket Quick Create submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
To search for a quick ticket template:
- On the main toolbar, click Settings .
- If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the quick ticket template that you are looking for.
- In the left pane of the Settings screen, click .
- On the grid toolbar, use the Search grid field to enter a keyword associated with the quick ticket template.
