System Variable 630: Calendar Synchronization: How to Handle Private Appointments Created in External Calendars Like Exchange, Outlook 365, Gmail.

Use this System Variable to indicate how calendar synchronization should treat private appointments imported from an external calendar into WorkBook.

Select any of the following options:

• 1 – Transfer private appointments as they are.
• 2 – Transfer private appointments and use the title Private.
• 3 – Do not transfer.
• 4 – Only transfer appointments inside working hours.
• 5 – Only transfer appointments inside working hours; private appointments use the title Private.
• 6 – Only transfer appointments inside working hours; do not transfer private.

You mark calendar appointments as private on the external calendar, not within WorkBook.

The default value for this System Variable is 4 – Only transfer appointments inside working hours.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
