System Variable 841: Price and Invoice Line - Add Activity Name / Resource Name to the Activity Text When User Changes Activity Number or Resource

Use this System Variable to specify whether to add the activity or resource name to the activity text when users change the activity numbers or resources in Jobs > Invoice > Lines Tab.

This System Variable provides the following options:

• 0 – Copy activity and resource name if description is blank
• 1 – Copy activity and resource name
• 2 – Copy activity text, do not copy resource name
• 3 – Copy resource name, do not copy activity text
• 4 – Do not copy any text to description

The default value for this System Variable is 1 – Copy activity and resource name.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
