Open a Task Card (from the Task Matrix Submodule)

Use the Task Matrix submodule to open a task card.

To use the Task Matrix submodule, you must have access to Scheduling as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To open a task card:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Scheduling .
  2. On the side toolbar of the Scheduling screen, click Schedule Overview > Task Matrix.
  3. Apply filters to resource data.
    1. On the grid toolbar, click Filter .
    2. In the Filter dialog box, select the filters that you want to use and click Apply.
      When selected or cleared, the filters are applied automatically.
  4. In the grid, select a task and click Show Task Card on the grid toolbar.
  5. Alternatively, take any of these actions:
    • Double-click a task.
    • Hover your mouse over a task and click Open Task Card .
    Workbook displays the task card in a floating window.
