Restrict Employees' Absence Details (Company Variable 70)
Use the Company Variables submodule to restrict employees' absence details for a company.
To use Company Variables in the Company Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To restrict employees' absence details for a company:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company containing the company variable that you want to modify.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .
- In the middle pane, click Employee Holiday.
- In the right pane, select the Restrict Absence Details check box.
