Time Sheet (Time & Expense)
Use Time Sheet under Time & Expense to enter and approve your time sheets, as well as add jobs or tasks for time sheet entries.
It consists of the following tabs:
- Weekly
- Daily
- Suggestion
- Statistics

- Weekly Tab
Use the Weekly tab to enter your time for the selected week per job. It displays all the hours that are allocated to different tasks and jobs for the selected week, as well as the client names, activity and job numbers, task bookings, and total hours. In addition, the Weekly tab enables you to mark your hours as billable or non-billable. - Daily Tab
Use the Daily tab to enter your time for any day of the week per job. It displays historical time entry information for the weeks covered by the tasks as well as the client names, activity and job numbers, task bookings, and total hours. In addition, the Daily tab enables you to mark your hours as billable or non-billable. - Suggestion Tab
Use the Suggestion tab to view tasks and dates that may require time entry. It also displays the clients, jobs, and activities associated with those tasks. - Statistics Tab
Use the Statistics tab to display information about your jobs and time entries. You can filter data to include either the last seven days or the last 30 days. You can also view time entry information for billable target hours. - Approval Items Tab
Use Approval Items to view time entries that are awaiting your approval. You can also mark time entries as billable or non-billable.
