Company Variable 69: Enable Revisions on Price Quote. This Can Be Further Controlled Using Extended Access Within the Price Quote Module.

Use this Company Variable to enable users to make revisions to Job Price Quotes and create a Job Price Quote revision history.

If you enable this Company Variable, the Create a Price Quote Revision option becomes available from the menu of the grid toolbar in Jobs > Price. Users can then make revisions to a Job Price Quote and clients can track its revision history. The cancelled Job Price Quotes are marked with the symbol and can be viewed by users and clients from the drop-down menu on the grid toolbar.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying Company Variable values.
