Add New Prices to Subscriptions

Use Subscription Billing in the Subscription submodule in the Settings module to add new prices to subscriptions.

To use Subscription Billing in the Subscription submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new price to a subscription:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the subscription to which you want to add a new price.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Subscription > Subscription Billing.
  4. Click the Billing Setup tab and highlight the subscription that is connected to the item to which you want to add a new price.
  5. In the bottom grid, highlight the subscription item to which you want to add a new price.
  6. On the grid toolbar, click Open Sidebar .
  7. In the sidebar, click the Subscription Price Matrix tab and click Add Price .
  8. To edit the Qty and Price fields, double-click on them.
