Edit Company Job Default Values

Use Company Job Default Values in the Company Settings submodule in the Settings module to edit the default values of the Company that you select from the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page.

To use Company Job Default Values in the Company Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To edit the Company job default values:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the job default values that you want to edit.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Company Settings > Company Job Default Values.
  4. Use the corresponding drop-down lists to select the appropriate values for profit center, project type, agreed-on billing method, rounds of scheduled creative, real rounds of creative, and job status.
