Search for Job Description Lines

Use the Description submodule to search for specific lines in descriptions of selected jobs.

To use the Description submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for a description line:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the description line that you are looking for.
3. On the side toolbar, click Description.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the description with the line that you want to duplicate.
5. Click the Description tab.
6. Use the Search in grid field to enter a keyword associated with the description line.
