Use the Scrum Sprints submodule to copy a scrum sprint to a new period.
To use Scrum Sprints in the Projects & Jobs submodule, you must have access to
Settings as defined in User Access Rights under
Settings.
To copy a scrum sprint to a new period:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.

If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the scrum sprint that you want to copy to a new period.

In the navigation pane of the Settings page, click
.

Click the
Scrum Sprints tab.

Highlight the scrum sprint that you want to copy to a new period, and on the grid toolbar, click
Copy the Selected Scrum Sprint to a New Period
.
Note: WorkBook also copies the period duration of the selected scrum sprint, but the start date is set to the day after the selected scrum sprint's end date.
WorkBook adds a new line to the grid for the copied scrum sprint. Its name is the same as the original scrum sprint, with a number in parentheses appended to it. The start date of the copied scrum sprint is the same date as the end date of the original scrum sprint. All other information is the same as the original scrum sprint.

You can edit the following by double-clicking on the corresponding fields:
- Name:Enter a descriptive name for the scrum sprint.
- Start Date: Set a start date for the scrum sprint.
- End Date: Set an end date for the scrum sprint.
- Scrum Responsible: Select the employee who is responsible for the scrum sprint from the drop-down list.
- Team Responsible: Select the team that is responsible for the scrum sprint from the drop-down list.
- Board Configuration: Select a scrum sprint board configuration for the scrum sprint from the drop-down list if you want to use a custom scrum sprint configuration for the sprint.
