Use the Scrum Sprints submodule to create scrum sprints.
To use Scrum Sprints in the Projects & Jobs submodule, you must have access to
Settings as defined in User Access Rights under
Settings.
To create a scrum sprint:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.

If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company for which you want to create a scrum sprint.

In the navigation pane of the Settings page, click
.

Click the
Scrum Sprints tab.

On the grid toolbar, click
Create a New Scrum Sprint
.
WorkBook adds the sprint to the grid.

Double-click in the
Name column of the new sprint and type a name for the sprint.

Set the sprint start date.

Set the sprint end date.

Double-click in the
Scrum Responsible column to select the person who is responsible for the scrum sprint from the drop-down list.

Double-click in the
Team Responsible column to select the team that is responsible for the scrum sprint from the drop-down list.
The Board Configuration column displays the name of the Scrum Board configuration that is designated as the default configuration for your Company. The Statuses column displays the task progress statuses that are associated with that configuration.

Double-click in the
Board Configuration column to select a different Scrum Board configuration for the new scrum sprint.
If you select a different board configuration, the
Statuses column displays the task progress statuses that are associated with that configuration.
