Search for User Names

Use the User Access Rights submodule to search for user names.

To use the User Access Rights submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for a user name:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the user name that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > User Access Rights.
4. Click the Resource Setup tab and On the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the user name.
