Agent Type 49 - Mail Import Agent
Use Agent Type 49 - Mail Import Agent to import email messages into WorkBook from any provider that supports IMAP.
Prerequisites
This agent requires Agent Type 118 - Mail Import Public Agent to be configured in WorkBook.
Email Import Settings

| Field | Description |

| Email Server | Ask your IT department for the email server that you should use. |
| Username and Password | Use these fields to specify the username and password of the email that you want to import messages from. |
| Source Folder, Public Mails | Use this field to specify the source folder of the email messages that WorkBook will import. This folder should be visible to everyone. |
| Source Folder, My Private Mails | Use this field to specify the source folder of the email messages that WorkBook will import. This folder should be visible to only to the user. |
| Destination Folder | Use this field to specify the folder where the email messages will be moved after the WorkBook import. |
